Our Inspection Department has a full complement of calibrated equipment for verifying the final product meets customer expectations. This includes 4 on-board gear checkers, 1 off-line gear checker, precision centers, profilometers, RC tester, Granite inspection plate, and a large variety of hand held micrometers and testers.
Product is inspected for CTQ's, with results recorded, prior to release for shipment to the customer. Certifications of product attributes are available upon request.
